The spa facilities were excellent, offering a nice retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast and dinner options were always freshly cooked and delicious. Best of all, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The proximity to the nearby metro station made it easy for us to navigate the city and explore all the attractions.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The linen had holes and the carpets were stained and dirty.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location of this place is great as it is close to malls and the train station. It is also conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for us to travel. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. We also appreciated the amenities such as the terrace, mini-bar, and television. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner options were freshly cooked and delicious. the location of the hotel near the train station was very convenient for our travels.

The hotel offered a unique hot spring/thermal water facility, worth the journey to Tuzla. The staff, especially the General Manager, were cute and spoke excellent English. I was even upgraded to a room with its own thermal water bath-tub. The thermal pools, sauna, steam room, and hamam area were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The hotel was in a quiet location, very clean, and had great WiFi. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful thermal getaway.

The hotel offers a good variety of traditional food, faultless ambiance, and helpful staff. Enjoyed clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The thermal water facility and amenities were excellent, with a wide selection for breakfast.
